Project Manager for CRM Dynamics

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation and management of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) projects using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, coordinating project activities, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring successful delivery of CRM solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager for CRM Dynamics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of CRM solutions and delivering value to clients. Your ability to manage projects, coordinate teams, and effectively communicate with stakeholders will be essential for achieving project success and customer satisfaction.

  1. Project Planning and Execution:
    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address issues to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
    • Coordinate and collaborate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders to execute project activities.
  2. Requirements Analysis and Solution Design:
    • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze CRM requirements.
    • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution design using CRM Dynamics capabilities.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to define system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  3. Team Leadership and Communication:
    • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and business analysts, to achieve project goals.
    • Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
    • Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Stakeholder Management:
    • Identify project stakeholders and establish strong relationships.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations, provide regular project updates, and address concerns and queries.
    • Conduct stakeholder meetings and facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and project team.
  5. Quality Assurance and Risk Management:
    • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality CRM solutions.
    • Conduct regular project reviews, identify potential risks, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor and control project budget, resources, and timelines to minimize risks and deviations

Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Business Administration, or Information Systems).
  • Proven experience managing CRM projects, specifically using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are advantageous.
